Let’s talk about your blog

Tell us a bit about your business — we’ll show you how blog content fits into your growth.

The Problem

A Blog That Sounds Like AI (or Sits Untouched) Won’t Bring Anyone In

Many business owners post occasionally, but a blog that reads like it was assembled by AI (or hasn’t been touched in months) often struggles to build trust with readers.

We help small businesses keep a blog that sounds like a real person, targets the searches your customers are actually using, and gets new posts out on a consistent schedule.

Our Process

One System, From First Keyword to Published Post

No piecing together a writer, an SEO tool, and someone to manage WordPress. Just one connected process covering everything your blog needs, start to finish.

Keyword & Topic Cluster Research

We map out the keywords and topics your customers search for, then group them into clusters that build authority around what you do.

Writing That Sounds Like a Person

Each post is written and reviewed to sound like it came from your business, not a script run through a generator.

SEO & Conversion Optimization

Posts are structured for search engines and readers alike, with internal links and CTAs that guide people toward your services.

Publishing & Ongoing Management

We handle the WordPress side too — formatting, images, publishing, and keeping the blog active on a regular schedule.

Questions You Might Have

How many blog posts do you publish per month?

It depends on your goals and where you’re starting from. Most clients start with 2 to 4 posts a month.

Two posts a month is enough to build steady momentum on lower-competition topics. Four or more starts building real authority on a wider set of keywords — useful if you’re in a competitive niche or trying to catch up.

We’ll recommend a cadence based on your industry, competitors, and what you’re trying to achieve — not a fixed package.

Will the content sound like my brand, or generic?

Yes. That’s the whole point.

Before we write anything, we take time to understand how you actually talk about your business — the specific language you use, the examples you give, the values you emphasise. Every post is written in that voice.

If it doesn’t sound like you, we rewrite it. Generic, agency-sounding content is exactly what we’re trying to help you avoid.

Do you handle publishing, or just write the drafts?

We handle everything — from keyword research to a published, indexed post live on your site.

That includes writing, formatting, uploading to WordPress, adding internal links, optimising meta titles and descriptions, sourcing or creating imagery, adding schema markup, and submitting to Google for indexing.

You don’t have to touch WordPress. You approve the draft, we publish it.

How is this different from AI-generated content?

AI can produce a lot of words quickly, but it can’t bring your real experience, your actual client stories, or a point of view Google trusts.

Our process is different: we research your niche, interview you or your team when we need real expertise, and write from that base. AI is a tool we might use for drafting or research, but the finished post reflects your business — not a generic pattern that anyone else could publish.

Google’s recent updates increasingly reward original, experience-backed content and penalise thin AI output. That’s the trend we’re building for.

How long before a blog post starts ranking?

For low-competition keywords, we’ve seen posts start pulling traffic within 4 to 8 weeks of publishing. More competitive topics can take 3 to 6 months to build meaningful rankings.

The compounding effect is where blog content really pays off. A single well-optimised post keeps bringing in traffic month after month with no ongoing spend, and the more posts you have, the more the whole site benefits from topical authority.

We send monthly reports so you can watch each post’s performance and see the picture build.
